Incident Management and Response Teams

We provide experienced staff, trained in conflict management and physical intervention who can manage potential and actual disorder and confrontational situations to contain and resolve any situations through safe protective action. We provide audio and visual recording in support of this service through both hand-held camcorders and body worn video systems. The video operator is tasked with ensuring incidents are recorded from arrival to resolution. All information gathered will be used as support to the incident report and may be shared with relevant partners as evidence.

Body Worn Video Systems

The equipment we use records both audio and video is date and time stamped with GPS location identification. The camera records only and footage can only be securely downloaded for viewing, all footage is securely stored.

We believe that use of video recording systems is an important factor in deterring conflict and disorder along with providing supporting evidence to incident management.

This service is provided in accordance with all legal requirements in respect of Data Protection and Privacy requirements.

Saxon Security GB are registered with the Information Commissioners Office as Data Controllers.
