Wetherby Food Festival an annual three-day event which includes over 100 stalls serving hot and cold food, drinks, live music on stage and a fun fair for children; regularly attracting over 15000 visitors each day.
Saxon were able fully meet the organisers requirement to provide staff from ‘build up to strip down’ with flexibility to meet additional staff needs as required.
We provide the following staff
- Event Manager
- Overnight Security (SIA Licenced)
- Build Up/Strip Down Staff (assist with fencing, tents, seating, clear up, etc)
- SIA Door Supervisors
- Safety Stewards
- Entry and Ticket Sales
- Car Park Staff
- Revenue Protection
As with all such events we must be flexible to changes at short notice to meet client or external agency needs. Our experienced Managers and Staff work closely with the Organiser to achieve a safe and successful event.
Along with Wetherby we partner the Organiser at Lotherton, Horsforth and Newcastle Food Festivals each one providing different challenges be it location, visitor profile or Local Authority needs.
